The project began in January 2026 with the base lift and wrapped up this week with the final paving, line painting, and finishing touches. The completed roadway features four travel lanes, a centre two-way turn lane, and paved multi-use pathways, all constructed with a total asphalt thickness of 125 millimetres to withstand the demands of heavy daily commercial traffic.

Campbell Heights Business Park is one of Surrey's largest employment and industrial centres, where transport trucks, delivery vehicles, and commuters keep the area moving from dawn until dusk. Maintaining traffic flow while paving such a busy corridor required careful coordination between crews, contractors, and traffic control teams every step of the way.

''This wasn't just a matter of putting down asphalt,'' says Russell Johnston, Superintendent with All Roads. ''Every day we were working around a steady stream of commercial traffic while coordinating with the rest of the project team to keep everything moving safely. With fresh pavement markings now complete, this upgraded stretch of 192 Street is ready to serve Surrey's growing industrial community with a smoother, safer ride for years to come.
