This project includes resurfacing Highway 1 in both directions including the shoulders and on and off ramps of connecting interchanges. We utilized 3 new technologies for the 1st time in Canada: SmoothRide, Intelligent Compaction and a Notch Wedge Safety Joint to Maximize the EPS Bonus $ and provide a superior performing asphalt and ride.
