The City of Vancouver's City-Wide Cut Repair Project

In 2025, All Roads successfully acquired the City of Vancouver's City-Wide Cut Repair Project. The rehabilitation work involves repairing asphalt, concrete curbs, and sidewalks across 1,800 locations throughout the Vancouver area — some of which had not been maintained since as far back as 2008, leaving certain neighborhood roadways without repairs for over 17 years.

The City of Vancouver tendered this pilot project for an initial term of one year, with the option to extend it for up to four additional years based on its success. The value of this program is approximately $5.4 million per year.
