This project is the City of Abbotsford's annual Road Rehabilitation it includes but is not limited to concrete curbs and sidewalks, asphalt milling, grade work, base and overlay paving, prime and tack coat, traffic control and quality assurance. The project varies yearly by size and location but is based on a tendered set of unit rates which the city uses to revitalize its ever growing transportation network.
