All Roads Construction Ltd. successfully completed major roadway upgrades for the Royal Columbian Hospital Redevelopment Project, supporting the City of New Westminster’s ‘Great Street’ vision.
Along East Columbia Street, we reallocated road space to better accommodate pedestrians, cyclists, and transit users. The work included widening sidewalks, constructing separated bike lanes, upgrading bus stops, and adding new street trees, lighting, and landscaping. Intersection and signal improvements were also completed at Keary Street, Hospital Street, and Sherbrooke Street to improve overall safety and accessibility.
Sherbrooke Street was similarly upgraded, with widened sidewalks and enhanced Central Valley Greenway connections through the addition of separated bike lanes, new trees, lighting upgrades, and landscaping. Traffic calming and intersection improvements were carried out at Kelly Street, Fader Street, and the local lane crossings to improve safety for all users.
Through careful planning and execution, All Roads Construction helped deliver key infrastructure improvements to support a safer, more accessible, and greener streetscape for the City of New Westminster.
